Most people commit to losing weight because of an upcoming event or hitting a realization about themselves and they’re ready for a change. This is how I usually approach fitness and weight loss, too. “I’m tired of being overweight” or “I’m getting married in 6 months – time to lose the belly!”
Honestly, I’d say this time isn’t much different. I’m a wife + mom to a toddler + newborn (due in May 2016) with a decently busy schedule as a Work-at-Home-Mom. But with my weight gain in full force from the first half of my second pregnancy, I am more than motivated to get back into a workout routine.
To keep on track, I am putting into place what I’ve learned over my start-and-stop fitness journey and sharing it here to not only hold myself accountable but also inspire others to join me in this challenge to fit real fitness into our daily lives.
